Asphalt resurfacing/overlaying is a very cost effective way of repairing and improving the appearance of existing asphalt, if the sub grade material is still intact. An overlay of asphalt makes your pavement look brand new and is much less costly than a complete removal and replacement. Thicker overlays also add structural support to your existing pavement.
First, the entire surface will be sprayed with a tack coat. Perma-Flex™ is then trucked on site and into a paving machine for spreading. Once in place, the new mat of Perma-Flex™ will be rolled for compaction. The compacted surface will be sprayed with tack and the final asphalt topping will be spread and rolled for compaction.
